A Desktop: Log in - Click Here with the Google email account and password associated with the listing

B Mobile: Click Here, Then select the Menu Icon in your upper left. Then click the sign in button on the bottom. Then select the See your profile.

1. Click Menu (3 dots), then Business Profile settings.

2. Click on Manager.


3. At the top left, click the Add button to Invite new users.


4. In the field where it says email address, enter our Location ID number: 5815040798 Under "Access," choose Owner or Manager. Click Invite

IMPORTANT: Please notify us by responding to this message once the invitation has been sent. Once we receive the invitation, we will accept it and regain access to your Google Business Profile..

Fill out Questionnaire now. Keep in mind we can only post on platforms we have access to.

The Citations included in your email have inconsistencies. These directories will ONLY take updates from the business owner. Please contact them directly to have the Business Information updated in order for them not to negatively impact your rankings.

Here are the instructions on how to add LinkNow Media allowing us proper access to manage your Facebook Page.

Are you the owner of your Facebook business page?

NO: If you are not the owner and the listing was created by another marketing agency, you must contact them directly to have them transfer ownership to you.

YES: If you are the owner, you can either give us a call or follow the instructions below to add us as an Admin to your business page.

Please Note: These instructions must be followed on a laptop or desktop, not a cell phone or tablet.

1. Log into the Facebook account using the email and password associated with the listing.
2. Once you are logged in, click the dropdown arrow on the far right side of the screen, highlighted in yellow.

A list of your Facebook pages should appear.

3. If you have multiple pages please select the correct published business page by clicking directly on the page name or clicking on the option: Manage Pages to view a list of all your Facebook pages, and select the appropriate page.
4. Once you are at the business page, click the Settings option on the top right of the page.

5. In the Settings page, there will be a menu on the left hand side.
6. Click the option called Page Roles.

7. There will be a section called Assign a New Page Role.

**Depending on the version of Facebook you have the instructions may vary. If the #7 method does not work please try the #8 method.

8. Enter both account information: local@linknowmanagement.com AND Eve Bettan


Click theAdd button.

9. If our emails were not populating our profiles as above. Please copy/paste our Facebook Profile URL’s directly into the same box on Page Roles:

The profile image will now appear like this:

Please ensure you have selected the names from the drop down so that the Add button becomes clickable.
You will see an onscreen confirmation that the email address you entered has been added as an admin.
